I have lived here for about 7 months so far and love it! The convenience of living so close to downtown is amplified since I can walk to work. Overall a great place to live, highly recommend!

The Lincoln is a gorgeous, mid rise community in downtown Raleigh. What set it apart for me was not only the gorgeous apartments and the friendly staff but the fact they had these electric car charging stations. They also boast an enclosed garage with free parking for residents and their guests, as well as free bicycle storage.

I visited The Lincoln and immediately felt at home. The office staff went above and beyond to help ease my transition. I really appreciate them coordinating with me for my move in too. I'm absolutely glad I moved into the Lincoln.
There's an app for opening the parking deck gate and the main entrances for guests (or yourself when you leave your keys in your apartment). I've lived here for almost 4 years and look forward to many more!

The Lincoln is a great place to call home. It's within walking distance to the best places downtown, and the office and maintenance staff are always polite and work to ensure residents' needs are met.
I’ve lived at 3 different complexes in Raleigh since I moved here and the property management at the Lincoln far exceeds the others.
